Qui-Gon Preparing for Northeast Llama Showcase

Qui-Gon is a single coated llama. The advantage of being a single coated llama is that there are no guard hairs to be removed when processing the fiber for spinning. The disadvantage is that there are no guard hairs to keep the coat clean. It takes much longer to prepare Qui-Gon for a show than it does Yoda, who is a double coated llama.

Qui-Gon took fifth place in his class, Medium Wool Juvenile Males.

On October 2, 2001, Qui-Gon took first place in his class, Juvenile Males, at the Fryeburg Fair.
