Not only do we enjoy our llamas but we also enjoy attending llama events. In this web page we list those events in which we actively participate. Come join us!

2011 Conference to obtain current information about the 2011 GALA
Conference. GALA Conferences are notable
for their educational content particularly in the areas of health and herd
management. They are also a fun activity and an opportunity to meet other
llama and alpaca enthusiasts. We heartily recommend attendance.
The
11th Annual Maine Fiber Frolic will be held June 4 - 5, 2011, between
the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM. The event celebrates fiber, the fiber arts and
fiber animals. There is
a lama (alpacas and llamas) show. There are also a number of
workshops which require pre-registration. Workshop attendance is limited -
sign up early!
Open Farm Day is sponsored by the Maine Department of Agriculture, Food & Rural Resources. This year it will be held on Sunday, July 24th. A number of farms will be open for visitors.
This year we will not be participating in Maine Open Farm Day. If you would like to tour our farm please contact us to arrange a date and time. We provide a tour of the farm followed by a question and answer period covering all aspects of llamas including care, feeding, reproduction, uses and history. Come visit us!
